Kids absolutely love that they have their turn to putting on their running shoes, we normally have the fun run on Satruday afternoon they can choose between a 3km or a 5km.  We also make sure we have lots of activities and entertainment for the kiddies.  If both parents are taking part in the Kudu Canter, we have child minders that will supervise your kids, they will be signed into a kids zone and will be safe and sound.
